Contact and suggestions

This website is created and run by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sorin Ioacara, senior consultant diabetologist. You can contact us directly through the form below — for questions, suggestions, corrections or topics you would like us to add.

We do not offer consultations and we do not give individual advice on diagnosis or treatment through the form. Messages are not read in real time, so for your specific situation, talk to your medical team. In an emergency, do not use the form: go to the emergency room or call the emergency number in your own country (see also the medical disclaimer).

The form is anonymous by design: it collects nothing that could identify you. If you expect a reply, include a way to contact you in your message (for example, an e-mail address) — we will use it solely to reply to you.

• No required name or e-mail fields. There are no such fields on this page, by design.
• No tracking. This page runs no traffic-analysis script in your browser and sets no tracking cookies; only aggregate access counts are kept on our hosting servers.
• No IP address. Your message is saved on its own, with nothing that could point back to you.
• We reply only if you leave us a way to reach you. The form does not tell us who you are — if you want a reply, write in your message how we can reach you.
